Elicia products have been treated with Moncoat™, a finish varnish designed specifically for products that come into contact with foodstuffs. It has been tested in laboratory according to EU norms requirements. In commercial kitchens, Elicia dinner and cocktail plates can be put in a dishwasher; the products last up several hundred washes; it has been tested in restaurants which gave a feedback about the durability of Elicia’s products.
